I work with individuals, couples and absolutely love helping children and families of all ages. I have experience working with anxiety, stress and helping children identify emotions/emotional regulation.  It is very important for me to help clients find the strength in their own words and help them work to rewrite their narrative of life challenges. This journey includes assisting clients to establish specific goals, finding their preferred healthy narrative, and aiding clients in finding their every day wins! Narrative and Solution Focused Therapy are models that I often navigate to in sessions.
