Like many other therapists, my desire to help others started in my own personal therapy journey. I understand what it is like to be stuck, to have no answers, and to feel powerless to mental health struggles. Only until I embraced the healing powers of connection with another person, did I realize that help is truly out there.

My passion is to help others become more aware of themselves and their loved ones. Working with families, couples, individuals, teens and children brings me deep satisfaction and joy that no other occupation has ever gifted me. Within these populations, I have experience in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, ADHD, divorce, intimacy and communication within relationships. I truly believe you are the expert of your own life and I am merely a guest. I am honored to walk alongside each of my clients as we explore how your life could transform in ways we both never could have dreamed. And, if you just need to vent, I am all ears!

With a foundation of Client-Centered Therapy, I utilize Experiential Therapy techniques, Structural Family Therapy, Bowenian Family Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy and Gottman Method for couples, Narrative Therapy, Collaborative Language Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy with children/teens, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help with a variety of issues that come up during session.
